COMPANY-ISSUED WORK DEVICE

We provide Android Devices to our corporate employees ,this devices has been provided by Sayantan Telecom for authorized business and work-related purposes. It remains the property of the company and is subject to centralized device-management and security policies.
To protect company information, maintain operational standards, and prevent unauthorized use or modification, certain device functions and system settings are restricted.
DEVICE SECURITY & USAGE CONTROLS
 1.⁠ ⁠Company Wallpaper
The company-designated wallpaper is enforced on this device and cannot be changed by the user.
 2.⁠ ⁠Camera & Screen Capture
Camera access and screenshot/screen-capture functionality are restricted in accordance with company security requirements.
 3.⁠ ⁠Ringtone & Sound Settings
Ringtone settings are centrally controlled and cannot be modified without authorization.
 4.⁠ ⁠Application Installation
Installation of applications is restricted. Only applications approved and authorized by the company may be installed.
 5.⁠ ⁠Wi-Fi Management
Wi-Fi connectivity is managed centrally and cannot be disabled or modified by the user.
 6.⁠ ⁠Location-Based Security
The device is configured with a designated geographical operating area. If the device leaves the authorized area, automated security measures may be triggered in accordance with company policy.
 7.⁠ ⁠Screen Brightness
Display brightness is centrally controlled to maintain the company's device configuration and cannot be manually changed.
 8.⁠ ⁠System Settings Restriction
Access to device Settings and selected system-level configuration options is restricted to prevent unauthorized changes.
 9.⁠ ⁠Controlled Application Store
The standard application store is restricted on this device. Instead, the device provides access to the Sayantan Telecom Dedicated App Store, which contains only company-approved applications required for authorized work purposes.
10.⁠ ⁠Device Configuration & Security
Additional restrictions may be applied to system functions, connectivity, applications, permissions, and other device features as required by company security and operational policies.
